Energy Fitness is centrally located near downtown, convenient, clean, and friendly personal training and massage space in the Johnson City. The owner, Eric Ruhm, moved to Johnson City in 2007 where he quickly realized the benefits of working as a trainer in a smaller, more personal environment. Ruhm, started his career in 1998 as a personal trainer in sunny San Diego but has come to love the slower pace and the more personal aspects of living in such a beautiful small town.
